Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Practice Details:

Hospital employed Family Medicine physician
Full time permanent position
Well-established health system
Only 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, Illinois
Outpatient only practice setting
No hospital rounding or inpatient work required
Unique work structure conductive to utilizing all your skills
Have the opportunity to design practice around personal goals
Epic EMR system
