Our client, a leading organization in the mining industry sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, contributing to efficient operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Location: GILLETTE, WY

Pay Range: $25/hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 10-hour days

What's the Job?

• Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research and preparing statistical reports
• Handle information requests and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence
• Receive visitors and manage scheduling for meetings and conference calls
• Assist with HR and Safety administration tasks to ensure compliance and safety standards
• Support team communication and coordination to enhance operational efficiency

What's Needed?

• Some experience in HR and Safety administration preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in basic office software and research tools
