Specializing in casinos, hotels, and resorts—with a unique focus on Native American gaming properties—we deliver master planning, architecture, interior design, and construction administration services across North America. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams Manage and coordinate all phases of design and documentation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables Oversee consultant teams including structural, MEP, civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineers Facilitate client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating design progress and options Interpret building review comments and integrate them into design solutions that meet client goals Track project budgets, schedules, and profitability Document key decisions and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders Guide and motivate project teams, resolving conflicts and promoting collaboration Administer contracts and interface with local planning and permitting authorities Identify opportunities for internal process improvement and innovation Report directly to firm leadership What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Architects or Engineers preferred) Architectural license preferred, or a clear path toward licensure Experience in design and construction supervision Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Willingness to travel (approximately 25%) for client and contractor meetings Why Join TBE Architects?
