We believe in empowering our employees, fostering collaboration, and delivering top-quality products that set industry standards.We are hiring a Production Manager to lead vinyl pool liner fabrication and packaging. This on-site role directs people, process, quality, and throughput so finished liners ship safely, on schedule, and to standard.You will own day-to-day liner production—setting priorities, developing the team, and coordinating with planning, engineering, safety, quality, purchasing, warehouse, and finance. The work sits at the intersection of people leadership, plant performance, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and direct production activities and set priorities for vinyl pool liner fabrication and packaging.Motivate, coach, and develop the team; lead hiring, training, cross-training, work assignment, and performance management.Complete timely performance appraisals; recognize strong work and resolve personnel issues and grievances.Partner with management on production and quality standards, budgets, and cost controls; maintain production, material, and personnel records.Ensure a safe workplace and compliance with local and federal OSHA and EPA standards.Monitor inbound, in-process, and shipped product; drive quality corrections and keep throughput on the production schedule.Direct preventive maintenance on critical equipment and coordinate with planning, purchasing, warehouse, and manufacturing.What We're Looking ForQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.1+ years of manufacturing and project management experience required; 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.Experience leading people on a production floor, including hiring, training, and performance management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Ability to meet performance standards and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced plant.Clear communication with plant teams, management, and cross-functional partners.Vinyl liner, metal fabrication, or similar manufacturing experience preferred.Why Explore Industries?CompensationSalary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annuallyActual compensation will be based on experience and job-related skills.Benefits & Additional Compensation Eligible employees may receive access to the following benefits and programs, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements:Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance optionsOptional life and disability insuranceOther incentive or compensation programs may be available depending on the positionWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
