Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Foreman - Assigned Area in Metro Detroit

Wintegrity is searching for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead commercial fire sprinkler installation crews and oversee daily field operations.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Commercial fire sprinkler installation expertise.
Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 installation requirements.
Ability to read and interpret sprinkler plans, shop drawings, and construction drawings.
Strong crew leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and job-site safety practices.
Ability to manage project schedules and labor budgets.
Strong attention to quality, detail, and project specifications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead commercial fire sprinkler installation projects from start to finish.
Supervise, mentor, and develop apprentices and sprinkler fitters.
Direct the day-to-day activities of the assigned installation crew.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors on job sites.
Read and interpret construction drawings, sprinkler plans, and shop drawings.
Ensure all installations comply with NFPA standards and project specifications.
Coordinate daily with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
Maintain project schedules and monitor labor budgets.
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Complete daily reports, job documentation, and project progress updates.
Identify and resolve job-site issues related to scheduling, materials, manpower, and installation.
Ensure completed work meets company and client quality standards.
Provide leadership and coaching to crew members to maintain productivity and workmanship.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years of commercial fire sprinkler installation experience.
Previous experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman or Crew Leader preferred .
Working knowledge of NFPA 13 installation requirements.
Ability to read and interpret sprinkler plans and construction drawings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work full-time in a field-based position at active commercial job sites.
Ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred .
Relevant fire sprinkler installation training or apprenticeship experience preferred .

CERTIFICATION:

NFPA, OSHA, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus .
