Manager, Digital Supply Chain

Job DescriptionYou can expect the following responsibilities as a Manager in the Decision Intelligence Pod within the Digital Supply Chain team:Establish clear project goals based on the overarching Decision Intelligence strategy and the specific desired business impact.Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the digital vision aligns with their own business strategy and product requirements.Translate business requirements and user needs into specific tasks to be carried out by developers (data engineers, data scientists, BIEs, etc).Lead the development process end-to-end, from design and discovery to deployment and change management.Act as an owner in the Digital Supply Chain team, solving problems as needed to deliver value to KraftHeinz.Qualifications3-5 years of business experience (supply chain experience preferred).Education: undergraduate degree (engineering background preferred).Strong analytical skills (technical / engineering background preferred).Strong communication and collaboration skills.Able to break down complex problems into achievable, incremental milestones.Able to translate business asks into technical requirements.Project management experience / ability to establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, business leaders, and technical developers.Why Us?We're accelerating our ambition to become a best-in-class Digital leader by making data-driven investments that drive smarter business decisions.
