Customer Experience Leader - Retail Front End

Five Below Inc. is seeking a store crew supervisor in Chicago. You will lead front-end operations, train crew members on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout for guests.

You will partner with the store manager to recruit, coach, and develop team members while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing, maintaining cleanliness, and achieving customer service score goals while adapting to a dynamic retail environment.
