PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine (0.6-1.0 FTE) - Baxter, MN

Job Summary Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician in Baxter, MN. We are launching a new clinic space in Baxter, MN and are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient care in a collaborative, low‐turnover environment. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care to the local community, including health maintenance and acute care. Participate in a minimal 1:28 telephone call rotation (Community Call). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 19 physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Clinicians. Use EPIC medical records system for patient documentation and care coordination. Qualifications & Requirements Board Certified or board eligible in Family Medicine. Practice location: Baxter, MN (125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul). Availability for 1.0 FTE of 32 patient contact hours per week with flexible schedule. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $315,700 per year. Eligible for bonuses, quality incentives, and production based compensation.
