We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack L2 Tech Lead with strong expertise in General Accounting, Asset Accounting, FinTech, back-office financial systems, and Oracle Finance/ERP integrations . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on full-stack development experience, and the ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders on accounting and financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise full-stack applications.

Provide L2 technical leadership and troubleshooting for business-critical financial applications.

Work closely with accounting and finance teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Develop backend services and APIs using technologies such as PHP, Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js.

Build modern, responsive frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.

Integrate applications with Oracle Finance/ERP systems.

Work with Oracle integration technologies such as OCI, OTBI, web services, APIs, or other integration mechanisms.

Design and implement reliable data integrations between financial systems and enterprise applications.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Participate in architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams.

Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance as an L2 Tech Lead.

Ensure application quality, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

15+ years of software engineering experience.
-
Strong full-stack development experience.

Significant experience with one or more backend technologies:

Node.js

Strong frontend experience with:

React.js
-
TypeScript and/or JavaScript

Strong understanding of General Accounting and/or Asset Accounting processes.

Experience with FinTech or enterprise financial/back-office applications.

Experience integrating applications with Oracle Finance/ERP systems.

Knowledge of OCI, OTBI, Oracle APIs, web services, or similar integration technologies is highly desirable.

Strong experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, databases, and distributed applications.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Experience with large-scale enterprise financial platforms.

Experience with Oracle ERP integration and financial data flows.

Cloud experience, preferably AWS, Azure, or OCI.

Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and production support.

Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
