Site Manager (2nd Shift)

Site Manager Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite Location: Client Site in Port Jervis, NY Shift: 2nd Shift (Mon - Fri, 1 PM - 10 PM) About the Role Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, is hiring a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client’s site to solve their workforce challenges. The Site Manager will work on-site at our client’s manufacturing location in Port Jervis, NY, building strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs. In this role, you will listen to understand the quality and volume of talent required, then screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill those positions. Site Managers act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the workforce—including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and employee management. Talent Pipeline: Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client's needs through consistent execution of a dedicated recruiting plan. Candidate Selection: Screen and select candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts. Compliance & Standards: Comply with all operational standards, employment laws, and industry regulations. Consultative Relationship: Build top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits that foster trusted, consultative relationships. Strategic Matchmaking: Market talent's skills and abilities by making the best match for both the client and the candidate. What You Need to Bring Schedule Requirements: Must be comfortable and available to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule (1 PM – 10 PM). Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
