Job Family:Data Science & Analysis (ESA)Travel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Active Top Secret SCI with PolygraphWhat You Will Do: The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter ExpertAssist with the development of presentations such as Program Management ReviewsServe as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partnersReview, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approachesSelect, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the programProvide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture designExamine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the ProgramProvide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program’s successWhat You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraphBachelors' degree in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical fieldTWO (2) or more years with test-driven development, automated testing, configuration management, including technical evaluation experienceTWO (2) or more years of research & development (R&D) experience in image processing, computer vision, NLP, biometrics, or SWE, including ML or DNN algorithmsTWO (2) or more years of experience managing multi-disciplinary research & development (R&D) or test & evaluation (T&E) teamsTWO (2) or more years of experience creating program plans, WBS, schedules, including experience with Agile program management and systems development, including integrated testingWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Masters' degree or PhD in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical fieldTWO (2) or more years of experience image/video analytics developmentExperience supporting the intelligence community SAFe Agile certificationTWO (2) or more years of experience with cloud utilization, development, and managementONE (1) or more years of experience in remote sensing, image compression, audio, geolocation, biometrics, signal processing, noisy/degraded data, classified research, statistics, probabilityThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
