Job Details Full time Various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Location: Northern Virginia Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Help clients move and reposition safely to prevent bedsores and promote mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with light housekeeping duties in clients' rooms, including cleaning and tidying up. Report changes in clients' condition to nurse supervisor. Follow infection control and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment. Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while delivering care. Qualifications Current Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or equivalent is required. Prior experience in a healthcare or long‑term care setting is a plus. Ability to lift and move client safely and comfortably. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient‑focused. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
