Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00–19:00) | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3 in accordance with unit standards
• Participate in block scheduling as approved based on unit need
• Float between units as required to support staffing needs
• Commit to working a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Fulfill holiday coverage commitments as required by the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Ability to adhere to a block schedule and weekend shift requirements
• Willingness and ability to float between sister units or nearby facilities as needed
• Must comply with facility background policy; no Nursys or background hits accepted
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and module-based onboarding processes
