Position: Leasing Consultant
Location: Herndon, VA
Pay: $20/hour
Experience: At least 1 year of leasing experience required.
Education: High school diploma preferred.
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays, 10:00am to 5:00pm
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Assist prospective residents with property tours and leasing inquiries.
- Process rental applications and leasing documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, applications, and resident information.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Support daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks.
- Address resident concerns and provide solutions to leasing-related issues.
- Promote property features and amenities to prospective tenants.
Position Requirements:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sales and persuasion skills to support leasing goals.
- Administrative and organizational skills for office tasks.
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and dependable work habits.
