The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, open to feedback, and looking to grow their career. Youll have the opportunity to move up in the organization based on performance reviews./ppShift: Friday - Sunday 6:30 am - 6:30 pm (must be available for overtime as needed, including weekdays) Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour + $1.50 Shift Differential (based on applicable experience)/ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliPicking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer orders/liliPrepping and loading lenses into machines/liliBeginner level mounting lenses into frames/liliPlacing of receipted goods into correct locations/liliMaintain good housekeeping, 6S/liliEnsure daily / monthly KPIs are met/liliAdherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health Safety Awareness)/liliReport to management on activities and issues/liliInter-department running/li/ulh3Basic Qualifications:/h3ulli3 + years of assembly experience/liliStrong organizational skills/liliGood literacy and numeracy skills/liliYou are proactive and have a strong ability to identify problem solve/liliFollow instructions and production schedules/li/ulh3Perks Benefits:/h3pLearn to Earn Program: Build your career while you work!
