Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging procedures (including SPECT and PET imaging when applicable) with attention to image quality and patient safety.
- Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with established protocols; ensure proper dosimetry and patient monitoring.
- Operate Siemens imaging equipment and manage images within the EPIC electronic health record system for orders, documentation, and results.
- Verify patient identity, position patients correctly, monitor for comfort and safety, and apply ALARA principles to radiation exposure.
- Collaborate with radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians to review results and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
- Maintain equipment performance, conduct quality control procedures, and manage supplies as needed.

Requirements
- Active Ohio license as Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine or CNMT certification
- Education credential: completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- Current or very recent Nuclear Medicine/PET imaging experience
- BLS certification
- Ability to work in a clinic setting on a 13-week travel assignment; schedule includes five 8-hour days with start times between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
