Technical Excellence & Standards Leader

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Department Leader for Technical Excellence and Standardization in Colorado Springs or neighboring sites. The role leads Discipline Chief Engineers and SMEs to raise technical rigor and maintain design integrity across Ejection, Propulsion, Simulation and Tactical areas.
You will harmonize expertise, define standards, and drive capability development while partnering with leaders to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
