Key Qualifications:

• A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Current, valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong clinical skills will be considered
• Excellent communication skills with educators, families, and students
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings as required
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation related to assessments, therapy, and student outcomes
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing specialized insights for student success
