Recruiting Solutions is currently hiring Quality Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in the Orangeburg, SC area! This position offers a starting pay range of $18.00 per hour , plus an attendance bonus of up to $500 . Upon permanent hire, compensation may increase based on performance.


We are currently hiring for our 12-hour day/night shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule , providing every other weekend off . This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company, work in a supportive team environment, and build a long-term career.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct set-up, in-process, final, and rework inspections and audits while accurately documenting results.
• Complete all required quality documentation in a clear, organized, and timely manner.
• Follow quality procedures, control plans, and work instructions for inspections and testing.
• Verify product compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications.
• Generate and process Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and waivers.
• Perform layout inspections and initiate laboratory test requests for external testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of quality experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) .
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with SAP and EtQ quality modules preferred.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime and various shifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
