SMS International Shore Operations US, Inc. seeks a part-time, seasonal guest services agent for Seattle cruise port operations. You will meet and assist guests, manage bag flow, and guide passengers through terminal areas and check-in processes. Role requires strong English communication, customer service experience, and weekend availability to support embarkation and disembarkation for cruise guests.
