Talent Attraction SpecialistManage candidate development all levels of talent. Develop relationships with key industry players in person and via telephone to generate qualified candidates for multiple search assignments. Manage the candidate lifecycle including identifying, qualifying, interviewing and managing targeted candidates to rapidly produce a best-in-class slate of talent to meet / exceed M&T's internal client expectations.Primary Responsibilities:Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of talent attractionActively work with line managers to develop the strategy to build talent pipelines, interview, qualify and recommend top candidates to the business lineProactively source and attract a quality work force and maintain applicant flow in filling current and future staffing needsCounsel line managers recommended compensation packagesNegotiate, extend offers and effectively close the candidateAdhere to government regulations, organizational policies, and system/data integrityBuild effective relationships with HR Business Partners, line management and employeesRoutinely provide insights into the competition for talentAttend job fairs and/or open housesWork closely with Associate Recruiters to ensure appropriate level of sourcing support is given to lines of businessManage special projects as assignedUnderstand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.Complete other related duties as assigned.Scope of Responsibilities:The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with M&T management, employees and external applicants and community contacts.Education and Experience Required:College Degree or applicable progressive experience in recruiting may be considered in lieu of education.Minimum two years total recruitment experience and/or relevant business line experience.Strong sales ability, persuasion and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.Ability to function in a high volume, fast-paced environmentProactive approach and proven ability to remain diligent on searches.Experience with identifying passive job seekers.Sound experience showing fast response time, consistency and success.Strong knowledge of personal computers and related software programs with internet experience.Superior consultative skills and ability to influence decisionsEducation and Experience Preferred:Experience working for Human Resources within a corporate environment.Demonstrated ability in cold calling, name generation and networkingExperience with Human Resources applicant tracking systems a plus.Demonstrated recruitment success in acquiring niche talentM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $68,400.00 - $114,000.00 (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America
