The Associate Technician Production Operations is responsible for all aspects of pack prefill, conjugate IPT, calibrator prefill and value assignment testing.

Candidates must be able to work fully on-site in Chaska, Minnesota on second shift, Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

This position reports to the Reagent Operations Supervisor and is part of the Reagents and Other Consumables department located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely within the Reagent Operations team to support customers and drive continuous improvement and model Core Behaviors
• Proficiently prepare and test calibrator formulations
• Follow written instructions (SOP) for all critical processes

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6+ months of experience working in a regulated lab facility
• Ability to apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform activities

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adhering to quality guidelines
• Strong PC Skills

The hourly wage for this role is $24-26. This is the wage that we in good faith believe is the wage of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This wage may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
