Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Assist the Orthodontist chairside during patient care and procedures
• Take patient impressions and digital records
• Change rubber bands, wires, and brackets
• Adjust clear aligners such as Invisalign
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

What We're Looking For

• CDA or RDA certification required
• X-ray certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 year of orthodontic assisting experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Pay: $22+ per hour, based on experience + a one time sign-on bonus of $500
• Monthly Bonus Pay: up to $300 additional per month
• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Day shifts only, no nights or weekends, with shorter workdays on Fridays
