Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Iowa or compact state)
• At least one year of recent Telemetry experience in an acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to adapt to diverse clinical environments

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients on Telemetry units, interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Educate patients and families on cardiovascular conditions and care
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in patient records
