The Practice Partner Program gives qualified providers the opportunity to become quasi-owners of the clinic location where they work. This is not a standard employment arrangement — it is a chance to build something, grow something, and share in the financial success of a clinic you help create. As a Practice Partner you will: Transition from hourly pay to a percentage of the revenue you personally generate Earn a share of your clinic’s quarterly profits Gain meaningful autonomy over clinic operations, staffing decisions, patient experience, and community outreach Be treated as an invested stakeholder — not just an employee Compensation Structure Practice Partners enjoy a competitive, performance-driven compensation model that rewards growth and hard work. Rather than a standard hourly rate, your earnings are tied directly to the success of your clinic — giving you real financial upside as your patient volume and clinic profitability grow. The compensation structure includes: A percentage of the revenue you generate during clinical shifts — the busier you are, the more you earn A quarterly profit share based on your clinic’s overall financial performance A guaranteed pay floor during your first year to protect your income while you build your patient base Specific compensation details, including your projected earnings over a 5-year period, will be discussed during the interview process. Long-Term Earning Potential We provide every Practice Partner candidate with a 5-year earnings projection based on their specific clinic location and current volume. A Special Opportunity for Nurse Practitioners In the state of Texas, only Medical Doctors (MDs) can legally own a medical practice — which means Nurse Practitioners have historically had no path to practice ownership, regardless of their skill, experience, or entrepreneurial drive.
