The high‑volume Service Department seeks Service Advisors with excellent customer service skills to guide customers through the auto‑repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, and ensure customer satisfaction. CDK experience is a plus. Job Description Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer specials, schedule service appointments, and more.
