As a Sales and Replenishment Analyst at Walmart, you will play a critical role in optimizing inventory management, sales forecasting, and ensuring product availability in Walmart stores. Your primary focus will be on data analysis, demand forecasting, and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve sales and inventory objectives.

Sales Analysis:

• Analyze sales trends and performance data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Develop insights and recommendations to enhance product sales and profitability.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment processes to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Demand Forecasting:

• Utilize historical sales data and market insights to create accurate demand forecasts.
• Adjust forecasts based on seasonality, promotions, and market dynamics.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with suppliers, distribution centers, and Walmart store managers to optimize inventory distribution and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales and replenishment strategies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in the supply chain.

Compliance and Accuracy:

• Ensure compliance with Walmart's inventory and replenishment policies.
• Maintain data accuracy in systems and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, supply chain, analytics).
• Proven experience in sales analysis, demand forecasting, or inventory management, preferably in a retail or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Walmart's systems and processes is a plus.
