$500 Sign-On Bonus
- $250 after 45 days of employment
- $250 after 90 days of employment
Work Schedule
Week 1
- Sunday - OFF
- Monday 2 pm - 8:30 pm
- Tuesday 2 pm - 7 pm
- Wednesday 2 pm - 11:30 pm
- Thursday 2 pm - 7 pm
- Friday 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm
- Saturday - OFF
Week 2
- Sunday - off
- Monday - OFF
- Tuesday - 1 pm - 10:30 pm
- Wednesday - 1 pm - 11:30 pm
- Thursday - 2 pm - 7 pm
- Friday - 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm
- Saturday - OFF

What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals:
- Live as independently as possible
- Participate in community activities and events
- Learn and strengthen daily living skills
- Prepare meals and maintain their home
- Attend appointments and activities
- Meet personal goals and build confidence
- Maintain their health, safety, and well-being
- You'll also assist with documentation and help ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered support.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or one year of related experience)
- Valid South Carolina Driver's License
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
- Ability to complete all required training and certifications
