Assistant Sales Manager Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is part of the Future Automotive Group, a family-owned organization with more than 60 years of success and growth throughout Northern California. What started as a single dealership has expanded into 13 dealerships and 14 franchises, and we are still growing. We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who is ready to help take our team to the next level. This is more than a management position. Position Overview As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving team performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership profitability. Pay Scale Base salary is $6,000 per month, plus substantial commission opportunities based on dealership performance, sales results, and other factors. Typical monthly earnings range from $6,000 to $12,000 , with top performers earning significantly more during high-volume sales periods.
