Sales Coordinator:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting sales and revenue and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth coordination of sales activities to help drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries and assist with qualifying and coordinating new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales files, and activity in the hotel's sales systems.
• Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and group bookings with internal departments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing timely and professional service.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of group and corporate business.
• Assist with sales initiatives, marketing efforts, and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure contracts and documentation are completed correctly.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous sales, administrative, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn hotel sales and property management systems.
• Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

You will become familiar with the hotel's sales goals, market segments, and client base while learning the hotel's sales systems and processes. You'll support the sales team by coordinating client communications, preparing sales materials, managing administrative tasks, and helping ensure a seamless experience for both clients and hotel operations.
