IT Technical Support Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

• We have proven experience in technical support or IT support roles.
• We bring strong knowledge of desktop operating systems such as Windows and macOS, along with common software applications.
• We are familiar with networking fundamentals, including LAN, VPN, and firewall-related security practices.
• We demonstrate excellent problem-solving ability with a strong customer service mindset.
• We communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with help desk platforms such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow is preferred.
• We can work independently and also collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• We prefer a bachelors degree.
• We require CompTIA A+ certification.
• We require Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
• We require the ability to commute to Lehi, UT.

• We provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
• We troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues for end users.
• We help manage IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
• We keep technical documentation and user guides current.
• We work with other IT team members to improve system performance.
• We respond promptly to support requests to help maintain customer satisfaction.
• We monitor and maintain security protocols for systems and networks.
• We participate in training sessions to support staff adoption of new technologies.

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Utah office. This full-time, in-person role is important to keeping our internal systems running smoothly and efficiently while supporting our mission to deliver superior risk placement experiences through exceptional service and creativity.
