Associate Attorney - Mass Tort

Established (55+ Years) National Civil Rights & Injury Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Mass Tort Litigation in Washington, D.C. An established and nationally recognized plaintiffs' firm with over 55 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5+ years of litigation experience to join their Washington, D.C. team onsite. This role is an opportunity for a sharp, detail-oriented attorney to work on high-stakes mass tort cases , representing injured individuals and families in complex, large-scale litigation matters. Offer: Salary range: $85,000-$125,000+, contingent on experience Performance-based bonus potential Full health insurance benefits paid by employer 401(k) with employer match after 1 year of service State-of-the-art office with ergonomic workstations, one block from Farragut North and Farragut West metro stations Qualifications: 1-5+ years of litigation experience; background in personal injury or medical malpractice is preferred but not required Strong research and writing capabilities with demonstrated ability to draft and analyze legal documents Active bar admission (JD required) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment Proficiency with standard legal and computer applications Responsibilities: Support active mass tort caseloads from intake through litigation Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement demands Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers Assist senior attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and case strategy Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and motion practice support Provide direct oversight and supervision of legal support staff on assigned matters #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
