IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN

IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Provide irrigation installation, maintenance, and service of various residential properties; keep accurate records and promote worksite safety. Proficiently and safely use power and manually operated tools and equipment to perform irrigation installation and maintenance. Monitor and test old and new irrigation installations, troubleshoot and repair problems, observe pipe and valve placements, and evaluate start-ups, winterization, and overall operation of the irrigation system. Conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades as necessary for client irrigation systems. Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles. Maintain a clean job site and an orderly, stocked equipment trailer. Forecast equipment, labor, and material needs to ensure efficient production. Understand and meet production and maintenance schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality. Track materials and time on service work orders and submit daily according to current processes and procedures. Job Requirements Valid Driver’s License NH DOT Health Card or CDL Follow Company Handbook and Company Safety Guidelines Dependable and responsible Be able to lift 50 pounds Minimum of 2 years of industry experience with the ability to safely operate trucks and heavy equipment Strong work ethic, positive attitude, organizational skills and excellent communication skills Knowledge of design, installation, and maintenance Knowledge of plant material, hardscapes, pruning, irrigation, and night lighting Ability to oversee a crew of 3-5 team members and give efficient, skillful direction while keeping work progressing according to schedule and guidelines Compensation Competitive pay Company uniforms Full-time employees qualify for health insurance and retirement benefits LAWN MAINTENANCE FOREMAN/LABORERS Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Minimum of 2 years of industry experience with knowledge of commercial lawn mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to oversee and give direction to crew members. Create and maintain crisp mowing lines on all properties. Safely drive trucks, trailers with equipment. Forecast equipment, labor and material needs to ensure efficient production. Track time and submit daily according to current processes and procedures.
