Responsibilities include performing a variety of therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments; conducting client intake consultations to assess needs and customize each session accordingly; maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room environment; educating clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommending appropriate service frequencies; upholding professional standards and adhering to all Florida massage therapy regulations and guidelines; collaborating with front desk staff to ensure a seamless and positive client experience; and promoting membership programs and retail products to enhance client wellness goals.

Requirements include an active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing, experience performing Swedish, deep tissue, and other therapeutic massage modalities, strong interpersonal and client communication skills, a reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor, ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry techniques.
