Role Overview The Dishwasher ensures all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. They maintain a spotless dish area, support the BOH team, and help create a kitchen environment that feels warm, human, and high‑energy. Their work directly impacts food quality, speed of service, and the guest experience.
