Learning Management System Administrator

Learning & Development experience to include administrative, analysis and/or resourcing experience. 2+years Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment. 2+years Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel) and advanced knowledge of data analysis and associated tools. 2+year Must have strong experience and ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment. Candidate should be highly organized and able to multi-task. Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (strong Excel experience: pivot tables, text to column, Macros, etc.) Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: Supports Learning curriculums, facility configurations, learning paths, and ensures communication of the operational processes with all business partners and customers. Schedules learning events as outlined through the planning and request processes. Matches the learning facility capabilities (room size, technology capability, other equipment, configuration, instructor, etc.) with the scheduling requirements. Performs both resourcing and/or delivery (preparation) support for Learning & Development teams. Maintains course requirements and process updates to course set up requirements. Builds course offerings in LMS. Collaborates with team members and customers to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation. Performs moderately complex to complex work assignments to support team members and customers. Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
