RN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate RN for Long Term Care to provide holistic, resident-centered nursing in a faith-based, mission-driven setting. The RN will complete assessments, implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor chronic conditions, and respond to changes in status. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, the RN will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to support whole-person wellbeing. Responsibilities include educating residents and families, supervising CNAs, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a safe, dignified, and culturally sensitive environment for underserved adults and seniors.
