Job Summary:

The Benjamin Healthcare Center LLC, a leading provider of residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Director to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.

About the Role:

As a Facilities Maintenance Director at The Benjamin Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for managing the repair, maintenance, and improvement of our facilities to meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Managing and supervising a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective repairs and maintenance

• Conducting inspections and monitoring the condition of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend actions to prevent or mitigate problems

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt patient care or operations

• Developing and managing budgets for maintenance and repair projects

• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and management

• Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices

• Proven leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
