We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HVAC Operations Manager to lead and optimize our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of HVAC services across multiple sites. Your leadership will ensure efficient systems performance, drive business growth, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Highly preferred qualifications:
- 5 + years experience in HVAC management
- Service Titan experience
Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance HVAC system efficiency, reliability, and safety across all facilities.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians and operational staff to achieve optimal performance and professional growth.
Oversee project management activities related to HVAC system upgrades, installations, and maintenance schedules.
Manage profit & loss responsibilities by controlling budgets, reducing costs, and maximizing operational profitability.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new service opportunities and expanding client relationships.
Continuously evaluate processes for improvement opportunities; streamline workflows to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines through rigorous training and audits.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals for new projects or service contracts that align with company goals.
