We are seeking a Computer Repair Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers when they enter the store.
Assist customers with hardware sales.
Provide high quality interactions with customers.
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Replace hardware components in desktops and laptops.
Set up new routers and network devices for home use.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot issues regarding all hardware and software.
Install software/hardware on workstations.
Generate invoices for clients and accept payments.
Provide telephone and remote support to users.
Assist senior tech staff with on-site support and technical projects as needed.

Work Location: In person

Requirements

Friendly, personable, and positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Patience, must be able to work with users of all skill levels.
Previous experience in IT.
Knowledge of Windows & MAC Operating Systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Positive and professional demeanor.
A+ Certification
