Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Patient-Centered Care

Summit Orthopedics is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to support orthopedic care at our Vadnais Heights and Forest Lake clinics. Under the supervision of the Physical Therapy Manager, you will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs and coordinate with physicians. You will educate patients and families, maintain records, and contribute to clinic education and quality improvement.
