Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with medical terminology standards.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.
• Proficiency in medical terminology related to patient assessments and treatments.
• Experience/certification in dry needling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic systems and techniques, including trigger point therapy.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient caseloads effectively.
