What You'll Do
  • Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting
  • Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment based on acuity
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
  • Document patient information thoroughly in electronic health records
  • Support patient and family education and communication
  • Comply with safety and infection control policies
  • Respond efficiently to emergency situations and code blue calls
What You Need
  • Valid Louisiana nursing license or eligibility
  • Minimum of 2 years recent ER nursing experience
  • Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations
