Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,145 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Port Orange, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services, treating musculoskeletal injuries, post‑operative care, and therapeutic exercise. Manage a full caseload in an outpatient clinic setting and document care per clinic policy. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Experience in outpatient orthopedics is required. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC prior to or upon start of assignment. Preferred: at least one year of clinical experience in outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Days. Shift Days: Monday through Friday. Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
