Position: Warehouse Associates (Assembler / Shipping & Materials Preparation)

Location: Malvern, PA

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Our client is a leading provider of technical and electrical sales support and solutions serving the U.S. Navy and commercial marine industry. They are currently seeking two Warehouse Associates to join their growing team in Malvern, PA. Duties:

· Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to specifications and work instructions

· Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

· Assist with inventory and warehouse functions as needed

· Prepare/package materials for shipment and production

· Process shipping documentation and coordinate outgoing shipments

· Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory

Qualifications

· Previous warehouse, assembly, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred

· Ability to lift and move materials as required

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

· Comfortable working in a government contract-related environment

Compensation & Benefits

· $20.00/hour, paid bi-weekly (26 pay periods annually)

· Two weeks (10 days) of paid vacation annually (prorated during the first year)

· Five paid sick days annually (pro-rated during the first year)

· Approximately 11–12 paid company holidays each year

· Dental, vision, life, long-term disability, and supplemental insurance available beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment

o Medical insurance available beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment

o Company pays 75% of healthcare plan premiums

o Company-paid single dental and vision coverage

o $15,000 company-paid life insurance policy with optional additional coverage available

o $1,500 annual HSA contribution for eligible plans

o 401(k) profit-sharing retirement plan available after one year with a 3% company contribution and immediate vesting
