What You’ll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at DOGOS Y TACOS EL GORDO, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy fresh, flavorful meals every time they visit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following our recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the kitchen.
- Assisting with food prep, ingredient stocking, and inventory management.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy shifts.
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
