Infusion Center Family Nurse Practitioner (PRN)
The Elevance Health Companies, Inc.
Elevance Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (PRN) to deliver patient care within the clinic setting in Round Rock, TX. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration, adherence to HIPAA, and active participation in infusion therapy and patient education.
The selected candidate will administer therapies, complete admissions, perform physical assessments, document in medical records, and coordinate with the IV team. Travel may be required to support multiple sites or new market launches.
