Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and through email
- Assist insurance staff with documentation, file management, and policy-related administrative tasks
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and workflow activities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative duties
- Support agency operations by preparing, organizing, and processing documents
- Utilize CRM/AMS systems and other software platforms to maintain client information
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Assist with general office organization and operational efficiency
- Support a positive and professional client experience
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Experience in a customer-facing or professional services environment is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software applications
- Ability to learn insurance systems, processes, and industry terminology
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma required
- Additional business or administrative coursework preferred
- Computers and multi-line phone systems
- CRM/AMS software platforms
- Email and scheduling applications
- Printers, scanners, and standard office equipment
