What You'll Do

• Provide specialized occupational therapy services for patients with lymphedema
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program
• Licensure & Certifications: Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana; Current CPR certification
• Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred; New graduates welcome
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
