As an Assistant General Manager, the success of your day, week, month, and year is ultimately in your hands. Success means following the brand standards, training, coaching and recognizing your team to deliver an amazing customer experience. We are looking for a big leader who learns the business quickly and move into an RGM role and beyond!
We're looking for people who love serving customers, have experience in the restaurant industry and who want to be part of a large restaurant franchise! Job Requirements:
- You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry.
- Have a flexible work schedule - ability to work nights and/or weekends.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
- Ability to motivate and build teams
- Ability to manage with minimal supervision.
Compensation depends on experience.
